What is the recipe, presumably using egg yolks, which is very briefly shown at the beginning of the video for making pavlova? I’m making a pavlova and have 6 yolks left begging.

The first shot is foaming hollandaise being poured over asparagus. This uses yolks and whites.
Proper custard needs 6 yolks!
