Hi Lindsey, I’m about to make Delia’s Christmas Chutney and would like to know the best way to chop the sticky dried fruit. I can’t add flour as there is none in the recipe (as suggested by someone online). I have a Kitchenaid food processor and liquidiser.
Advice appreciated! Many thanks!
Ellen

Hello Ellen,
We just do it in the processor. You can do it I a few batches if it’s easier.
If you process some of the onion with each of the fruits the moisture from the onion helps the blade slice through the fruit.
Kind regards
Lindsey
