Good Morning... Carri here from Cape Town.
I baked your Classic Christmas Cake and I turned out beautifully. Thank you.
I have four young Grand Children who love fruit cake and I would love to make them each their very own small Christmas Cake. However, I am having a problem figuring out how to scale down/up to use with 2 tins measuring 12cm x 4cm each. I did look at the scaling up quantities to try to work it out but I am flummoxed.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards
Carri

Hello Carri,
What is the liquid capacity of one of these tins?
Kind regards
Lindsey
Oops... my apology for not including the liquid capacity! One tin is exactly 500ml.

Carri
Hi,
I think a 3 egg mix will work for the 4 tins.
You could do 1 ½ x the 2 egg recipe on the scaling up chart.
I would make sure that the cake tins are very well protected and start checking them after 1 ¼ hours in the oven.
Kind regards
Lindsey
