Making Delia's Spiced Bread Pudding

Hi, I have a question about Delia's spiced bread pudding. The recipe calls for a baking dish with a base of 6.1/4" wide x 8" long x 1.3/4" deep. I've flipped my dish over and measured from the bottom and mine is 7.1/4" wide x 9" long x 1.3/4" deep. As my dish is bigger, should I increase the ingredients? If so, by how much and how much extra cooking would the bread pudding then need? And finally, is it okay to wizz the bread in a food processor? I need to make this for tomorrow so any help and advice would be very gratefully received! Thanks :)

I would increase it. I think 1½ times the recipe. It might need 5 or 10 minutes more in the oven. I wouldn’t process the bread, just stack it up and slice it into squares with a serrated knife.
