Cooking Luxury Smoked Fish Pie from frozen

Hello
I have made the luxury smoked-fish pie, using 3 x the recipe with the addition of fresh prawns, and frozen it in 3 separate dishes. Do these have to be thawed completely before cooking at the suggested temperature for the suggested length of time - or should the temperature and time be adjusted? If they are to be thawed, how long should I allow for thorough de-frosting? If they can be cooked from frozen, how long for, and at what temperature (fan oven)?
I would be very grateful for a reply as soon as possible.

Hello,
You can cook from frozen and allow an additional 15 – 20 minutes cooking time. The temperature will be 180C in a fan oven. If I do this I set the timer for 15 minutes and then use a skewer to check if the pie has defrosted and then set the timer for 30 minutes. It may need a further 10 minutes.
If you prefer to defrost it first this should be done in the fridge for about 16 hours.
